Booking a class is easy. Just visit our online booking page, choose a time that works for you, and follow the prompts. If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out for help.

What should I wear to class?

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic wear, such as a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. Bring your own hand wraps and gloves if you have them; otherwise, we have equipment you can borrow.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our classes cater to all skill levels, including those just starting out. I am to ensure everyone feels welcomed and learns at their own pace.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a class, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to accommodate others who may want to schedule with me.

What can I expect in my first class?

Your first class will focus on the basics, including warm-ups, foundational techniques, and some light drills. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way to ensure you’re comfortable and engaged.

Do I need to sign up for a membership?

No, you are not required to sign up for a membership. You can pay for classes individually as you go, giving you the freedom to train at your own pace.

Where are you located?

You can train with me at The Training Center in Pacific Beach, San Diego, at your own gym (if allowed), at your home, or a suitable outdoor location. Check our contact section for the exact address and directions.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive late, I’ll do my best to accommodate you depending on what may be scheduled after your booked time slot. I recommend everyone arrive early for ample warm-up time, and to avoid the stress of feeling late, or losing precious time in your lesson.

Is there an age limit for classes?

I have experience teaching students of all ages, from 3 years told to 70+ All are welcome and encouraged to explore the benefits of martial arts!
